This program is designed to be a road map for youth empowering them to build and maintain a successful business. They will learn how to come up with business ideas, create products or services from their ideas, how to navigate networking and learn ways to market the final product. It is also important that the parents and families of the youth are invested in the process as well. Within each section, the children and families will work together and come up with the best ways to develop real products or services to market.

As the golden orator, and program facilitator of the BB4K team, John needs no introduction (but we’ll put one here anyway). John, better known as Mr.Mac or Mac Motivates, has been in the realm of education and entrepreneurship for over 25 years and has a bachelors in business administration. Helping uplift societies youngest, brightest, most gifted, but also most scarred voices; he enters the room with his own light and only desires to shine on youth so that they can see their own unwavering talent. Together with his friends and business partners Steve and Amber, he will show the youth of our program just how powerful their voice really is.
